Overview

Job Title: Property Procurement Officer
Department: Property Procurement
Reporting to: Procurement Team Leader
Location: Luton, Bedford & Milton Keynes
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm)
Salary: £32,100 - £35,845 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Source & Secure Properties: Manage your own caseload to source and acquire properties for long-term contracts, ensuring a steady supply in line with business targets and standards.
  • Build Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with landlords, agents, local authorities, and other key regional stakeholders.
  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure all properties and processes adhere to relevant UK legislation, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Manage Performance: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to continuous improvement and business excellence across the supply chain.
  • Handle Administration: Take responsibility for all procurement administration, including daily communications (calls, emails) and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
