Are you an experienced Procurement professional looking for a part‑time opportunity? Our client, a growing London-based university, is recruiting for a Procurement Manager (4 days per week) to lead its procurement function, drive best practice, and deliver value for money across the institution.

You’ll:

  • Lead high‑value tenders across all categories
  • Partner with Senior Stakeholders and Budget Holders across the university to support procurement needs
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to optimise value and reduce risk
  • Build and oversee procurement systems/processes
  • Ensure compliance with legislation (PCR 2015, Procurement Act 2023) and provide training when required

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience running end‑to‑end tender processes under PCR2015, Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of procurement legislation
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
