Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join the Eastlight Procurement team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a high impact role where your expertise will support the delivery of essential public services, ensuring every pound spent delivers value for communities. You will lead compliant procurement activity across works, goods and services, shaping commercial solutions that support service excellence, sustainability and long-term organisational priorities. You will take ownership of end-to-end procurement projects, from tender design through to contract award and negotiation, working closely with colleagues and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes. You will strengthen governance, champion best practice and drive continuous improvement across procurement and contract management.

Responsibilities
