This role is responsible for sourcing and procuring packaging and related materials, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business needs. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, supplier management skills, and the ability to drive sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver procurement strategies for packaging and materials.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure best value through cost analysis, benchmarking, and supplier evaluation.
  • Support production, NPD, and other departments by securing materials on time.
  • Forecast material requirements and prevent shortages or delays.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Contribute to sustainability and innovation initiatives within packaging.
Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years' experience in packaging procurement, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
