The Role

As the Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that align with our business goals. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging components, and services.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, and finance to ensure alignment of procurement activities.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
