This will be a 12 month traineeship with a leading procurement organisation. At Reckitt, our Procurement Graduate Trainee Program is designed to accelerate your growth and empower you to make a real impact. This program offers a unique opportunity to learn, innovate, and lead within a dynamic global organization, setting the foundation for a successful career in procurement.
As part of our global procurement team – an integral driver of business performance – you will contribute to shaping business strategies and influencing decisions that enable Reckitt's brands to thrive. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Manufacturing, HR, Logistics, and Finance to deliver value beyond cost, supporting initiatives that enhance sustainability, digital transformation, and supplier innovation.
Stage 1: Online application
Stage 2: If you are chosen for the next stage you will be invited to complete an online assessment. This is a selection of questions and your answers will help us to assess your suitability to the position.
Stage 3: If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to complete a video assessment. This shouldn't take too long however if you need assistance please do let us know.
Stage 4: This will be final stage for those who are selected and this will be an in person assessment centre with a selection of key hiring managers within the business. This will be held on the 4th March 2026 and times will be confirmed at a later date.
