A leading retail company is seeking a Graduate for their Procurement programme. The role involves managing procurement projects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring competitive market research. The ideal candidate will graduate by September 2026 with a minimum 2:2 degree. This position offers a salary of £40,000 and additional benefits including a company car and pension scheme.
Our Procurement department is at the heart of delivering value across the business, driving cost savings, enhancing supplier relationships and supporting strategic decision making. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Graduate to help deliver high impact projects that make a real difference. The Lidl Procurement Graduate programme allows you to dive into a variety of complex and rewarding projects, learning how to manage timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations. From supplier negotiations to process optimisation, you'll gain experience in managing your own projects. You'll follow a structured 23-month training programme, designed to build your expertise and confidence as a future Procurement specialist. With on the job coaching and exposure to real world challenges, you'll develop the skills to lead projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
