A leading global packaging company is seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator to oversee daily purchasing activities and mentor the procurement team. This role involves managing supplier relationships and leading negotiations for contracts. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or a related field, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent negotiation skills. We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily purchasing activities, manage and mentor the procurement team, and ensure the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services in compliance with organisational policies.
You will act as a key link between internal stakeholders, category management, and external suppliers, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant procurement operations across assigned spend areas.

Reports to: Head of Procurement Operations
Up to £70,000 p.a.
