Harrods is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to lead the strategic management of indirect spend across multiple categories. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will develop and execute robust category strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver quality, value, and commercial advantage. This role requires strong leadership, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and suppliers to maximise value, mitigate risk, and support key business initiatives. Managing a UK-based, multi-million-pound spend, you will play a pivotal role in achieving departmental targets and driving strategic projects across the organisation.
As a Procurement Category Manager at Harrods, you will take ownership of developing and executing category strategies that optimise cost, quality, and performance across Security, Distribution, and Facilities Management. Your focus will be on managing the cost base through strong negotiation, value engineering, and building resilient supplier relationships to mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement.
You will bring a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels. With proven experience in managing complex procurement categories, you will combine analytical thinking with strong stakeholder engagement skills to deliver measurable value and embed procurement excellence across the business.
