A leading automotive technology company based in Wokingham is seeking a Procurement and Administration Assistant to support their leasing team. The role entails managing offers, updating pricing, and supporting sales while fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers. We're looking for a talented individual to join our Ops team within the Carwow Leasey division in Winnersh with the objective of supporting our leasing team with procurement and administration duties.
The role involves managing the special offers for the leasing team, updating ratebooks and pricing for the website, and conducting any administrative tasks for our customers.
A large part of the job is building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, strategic leasing funders, and suppliers, helping to drive results for Leasey.
The Procurement and Administration Assistant role is very much a 'hands-on' role, where we are looking for someone to work closely with the Procurement and Administration Manager, and to be proactive in developing and supporting the growth of the department, establishing efficient processes in line with the growth of the business unit.
