Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support day to day manufacturing operations through daily management and RCCA
  • Interpret tooling and product drawings to ensure hardware is produced in conformance. Develop technical experience in GD&T and obtain PR certification to disposition suspect hardware
  • Interact with internal and external auditors.
  • Manage long term projects aimed at creating Zero Defect Culture
  • Complete trainings required to obtain Quality Excellence Program Level I and II
  • Develop understanding of significant processes and lead through changes needed in collaboration with Certifying Agents and Design Engineers. Complete trainings required to be Quality Engineer level in SPS system
  • Lead First Article Inspection efforts for process changes and NPI
  • Incorporate CIDs flowed from engineering and participate in CID requests to improve value to customer

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 3 years of manufacturing experience or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing.

The salary range for this position is $ 83,800.00 - 112,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on Dec 10, 2025.
