Responsibilities
  • Determine areas for improvement thru actual observation of processes and work flow in production, testing and pilot run of a new part, jigs and accessories.
  • Participate in start-up meeting for new products and quality improvement.
  • Work with supporting engineering groups related with parts and product evaluation matters.
  • Analyze and solved process problem from time to time, determine root causes and provide corrective action.
  • Documents observation and verify improvements before production / qualifications.
  • Studies and modified existing process in order to meet requirement and quality.
  • Troubleshoots process and yield related problems, related to production operation.
  • Conducts products quality monitoring and assures conformance of line personnel to proper working standard.
  • Work with other departments to ensure quality standards and production schedules.
  • Create, design and update process flowchart and process specification for new and existing product.
  • Responsible in the implementation of ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 Quality Manual system in the department.
Requirements
  • Posses a Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in assembly operation
