Probate Solicitor –Cardiff (Hybrid)

This vacancy is to work within a successful trustand estateadministration department at a Legal 100 law firmin Cardiff. The department provideexpert advice to individuals and companies on probate, trusts and estates administration, lasting powers of attorney and deeds of variation.

The Role:
This position is for a junior solicitor or chartered legal executive where you will beresponsible for managing a varied caseload of taxable and non-taxable estates, with a range of complexity. The role also includes the supervision of paralegals within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling estate administration matters from instruction to conclusion
• Working to targets, deadlines and service level agreements
• Supporting and supervising junior team members (experience advantageous)

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with atleast 1 PQE in non-contentious probate, including wills, estates, tax and trusts
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• A forward-thinking and proactive approach
• STEP diploma (advantageous but not essential)
