You will manage a diverse caseload, conduct inspections, provide resident support, and address tenancy issues. This a hybrid role with immediate start options, paying between £23.00 and £25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in tenancy management or a similar housing role.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of general needs housing properties.
• Conducting estate inspections and tenancy audits.
• Providing guidance to residents for tenancy sustainment.
• Responding to ASB reports and collaborating with agencies.
• Handling low-level arrears and supporting tenants.
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service.
