About Sulis Hospital Bath

Sulis Hospital is part of The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust and is conveniently located just a short 10‑minute drive south of Bath, offering an exciting opportunity for a Part time Private Medical Secretary to join the business development team.

As Private Medical Secretary at Sulis Hospital you will provide professional secretarial support to a group of private practices and their activity around the complete patient pathway. You will provide a high level of administration and organisational support for patients and consultants. You will also promote a great customer service best practices and ensure a very responsive service is provided to all.

You’ll need to be a confident patient‑focused communicator with the ability to manage appraise and interpret the right data and present it in a timely and professional manner. Experience in a patient‑facing environment would be a real advantage.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships are essential to the role.

Perm P / T 34 hours - Mon - Fri
