Job summary

A leading aviation safety firm located in Oxford is seeking a Safety and Compliance Deputy Manager to support full regulatory and operational compliance. This role provides critical assistance to Department Heads to ensure that safety-critical systems for private jet operations comply with aviation regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aviation regulatory compliance, excellent organisational skills, and experience in audits and inspections. The position is full-time, office-based with a salary range of £50k-£60k DOE.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of aviation regulatory compliance, ideally including EASA/CAA regulations.
  • Experience in auditing, inspections, and compliance reporting in aviation or high-risk environments.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support full regulatory compliance across all company aviation procedures.
  • Assist Department Heads with compliance responsibilities.
  • Plan and conduct audits and inspections of safety-critical systems.
