Responsibilities

  • Supporting the execution of private equity transactions, including investments, exits, and restructurings.
  • Assisting with due diligence processes and managing data rooms.
  • Drafting and reviewing ancillary documents, board minutes, and corporate authorisations.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing client-ready reports.
  • Liaising with clients, counter parties, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with post-completion formalities.
