Our client, an elite US City law firm, is seeking to recruit a Private Equity M&A Counsel (6-8 PQE) into its leading Private Equity M&A practice in London.   • Experience advising energy clients or sophisticated financial institutions such as investment banks, institutional lenders, and other major investors is essential
