Qualifications

Private Equity Funds Tax - Associate Director

A market-leading Big 4 Private Equity Funds Tax team is expanding and looking for an Associate Director to join their high-profile practice. This is a standout opportunity to work with some of the world's largest asset managers and alternative investment funds, covering private equity, debt, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds.

The Role

As an Associate Director, you will be central to delivering expert advice on:

  • Fund structuring and investor tax matters
  • Manager remuneration and carried interest
  • Taxation of investment returns for investors and senior leadership teams

You’ll collaborate closely with M&A and Real Estate Tax teams to deliver integrated solutions. Expect hands‑on involvement with major projects, responsibility for your own client relationships, and the opportunity to mentor junior team members – all within a supportive structure committed to your career progression.

You’ll work directly with Partners and Directors in non‑hierarchical, collaborative teams, gaining exposure to global projects and industry‑leading clients.
