My client is an international law firm with offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. They are seeking a mid-level associate to join their dedicated private equity team.

This team is renowned for its activity in the London mid-market, advising clients such as private equity firms, venture capital investors, and management teams on various transactions, including leveraged buyouts, management buyouts/in, and venture capital & growth investments.

While sector-agnostic, they have advised on deals in technology, energy/infrastructure, healthcare, retail, and consumer sectors.
