This is a brand-new, independently owned private dental practice opening in a popular suburb of Nottingham, with excellent patient demand from launch. The practice is a joint venture between an experienced principal dentist and a longstanding practice manager, now co-owners, with a shared focus on quality patient care and strong clinical support.

Due to high local demand and a waiting list of over 1600 patients, the practice is seeking a motivated private associate dentist to join for a minimum of three days per week, including Mondays and Tuesdays. While part-time initially, there is scope to increase days as the practice grows. A guaranteed income will be offered to provide security while the list builds, with options including daily minimums or an agreed monthly amount (e.g. £4–5k/month FTE).

The practice has been fully refurbished and equipped to a high standard, including a brand-new iTero scanner and all new clinical equipment. Two surgeries are currently fitted out, with plans to bring two more online as the team expands. The dentist will be supported by a skilled team including therapists, hygiene support, and an experienced treatment coordinator to assist with patient communication and treatment uptake.

The practice is particularly keen to hear from dentists with excellent communication skills and a strong generalist focus. A relatively recently qualified dentist would be welcomed, providing they are confident delivering high-quality general dentistry. The principal dentist is supportive, and experienced having two other very sucessful practices in the area for many years.

Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
