Private Client Lawyer

Up to £45,000

Full-time or Part-time | Permanent

Our client, a well-established specialist law practice, is expanding its Private Client offering and is looking to bring an experienced lawyer into their Poynton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys high-quality work in a close, supportive environment.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a respected boutique firm known for its strong technical standards and commitment to exceptional client care.

The successful candidate will manage a varied Private Client caseload while working closely with a small, collaborative team and a wider group of property colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse workload including Wills (standard and advanced planning), Probate and Estate Administration, LPAs, and Trust work
• Delivering accurate, timely and clear legal advice
• Building strong relationships through a professional and personable approach
• Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting continued departmental growth

Candidate Profile

• Ideally 4+ years’ post-qualification experience within Private Client
• STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and sound technical ability
• Team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
• Candidates with exceptional technical knowledge who prefer limited client-facing work will also be considered

Package & Details

• Salary up to £45,000 (DOE)
• Flexible hours: 21–37.5 hours per week
• Part-time or full-time applicants welcomed and will be fully considered
• Permanent role, based on-site in Poynton
