Private Client Solicitor – Our client is one of London’s most prestigious and oldest law firms, dating back over 200 years, advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and family offices on complex and often international matters. They now have a unique opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to step into an exciting and HNW caseload.
Working closely with partners and acting as a trusted adviser to sophisticated clients, you will deliver pragmatic advice on UK and international estate and succession planning, trust creation, administration and restructuring, as well as inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax planning. You will also handle wills, probate and estate administration, including complex estates, and advise trustees, beneficiaries and family offices on a broad range of private client matters.
You will need c.5+ years PQE experience in private client law, demonstrating strong technical knowledge across trusts, tax and estate planning. You will have experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families and will be commercially minded with excellent client handling and relationship management skills. The role requires someone who is confident working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a close knit team.
