I am currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is seeking an enthusiastic Private Client Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team in Cranleigh.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in Private Client work who is looking to progress their career within a firm known for its high-quality work and commitment to professional development.

The Role

You will be supporting experienced solicitors across a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Trusts and Court of Protection work

This is an office-based role, so would suit someone local to the Cranleigh area who enjoys being part of a close-knit, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting fee earners with all aspects of Private Client matters
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals
  • Conducting legal research and managing case files
  • Supporting the smooth running of the department
