Job title: Private Client NQ Solicitor / Legal Exec

Location: Surrey

Salary: £45k-£60k - depending on experience

PQE Level: NQ-2+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

A respected law firm in the South East is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its well-established private client team.

This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer with a keen interest in wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on a varied caseload and gain hands‑on exposure from day one, with strong mentoring and professional growth on offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Drafting legal documents and managing caseloads with care and accuracy
• Supporting estate planning and trust management
• Handling inheritance tax and estate administration matters
• Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance

About You:

• NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive with private client experience
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• Empathetic and professional approach to client service
• Familiar with legal tech and case management systems
