Chadwick Nott is pleased to be working on a superb opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional firm.

This role sits within the firm's top-ranked Private Client team, offering exposure to a broad and interesting caseload including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and Estate Administration.

Due to continued growth, the firm is welcoming applications from lawyers with 2+ years' PQE, whether you're looking to step into an Associate role or bring your experience to a Senior Associate position.

You'll be based in their Bath office, working with a friendly and forward-thinking team that values client care and professional excellence.

Responsibilities

The Private Client team handles a broad caseload including Wills, Probate, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) matters, Trusts, and Estate Administration. The role provides exposure to these areas and the opportunity to contribute to client care and professional excellence within the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years' PQE in private client work or a closely related field;
• Empathetic approach with clear, confident communication;
• Strong interpersonal skills and IT proficiency;
