Job summary

A legal recruitment agency is seeking a Private Client Solicitor, CILEX or Probate Executive in Brighton. The role involves advising on personal Tax matters, dealing with Probate and Estate work, and drafting Wills and LPAs. The successful candidate will work closely with a Probate Partner and have the opportunity for hybrid working, allowing remote work for two days a week. Ideal candidates should be IT literate and experienced with Case Management systems.

Qualifications

Are you a Private Client Solicitor, CILEX or Probate Executive seeking a new role in the Littlehampton area which is offering hybrid working?

You will be joining a small team of this 3 Partner high street practice working from the firm's Rustington office closely alongside a Probate Partner, a Fee Earner, and supported by 2 Legal Assistants.

The successful lawyer will be advising on personal Tax matters (IHT & CGT), dealing with Probate & Estate work, drafting Wills & LPAs, and ideally have some knowledge of Trusts and COP/deputyship work.

Individuals will need to be IT literate and have experience/be comfortable working with Case Management systems.

Home/remote working is also on offer 2 days a week, flexibility around days/hours also considered.
