Job Description

Advise clients on all aspects of private family law including financial claims on divorce, cohabitation disputes, and child arrangements.

Draft and negotiate pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Handle complex financial disputes involving offshore assets and high-value portfolios.

Manage cases involving domestic and international children matters.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client - Family Associate should have:

  • A qualified solicitor or barrister status with a focus on family law.
