  • Acting as first point of contact for the Principal’s professional network – including internal teams, brand collaborators, investors, and global partners.
  • Managing a highly complex diary of business meetings, events, shoots, and international travel, ensuring seamless transitions between engagements.
  • Coordinating international travel – flights, visas, accommodation, itineraries, and ground transport – often across multiple time zones and changing schedules.
  • Preparing business correspondence, reports, contracts, and presentations, ensuring all materials are accurate, polished, and brand-aligned.
  • Meeting preparation and follow-up, including agenda setting, note taking, and action tracking to support business efficiency.
  • Supporting with event coordination, from private brand dinners to high-profile industry functions, product launches, and fashion week schedules.
  • Liaising with accountants, lawyers, PR, and brand management teams to ensure smooth flow of communication and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Managing sensitive commercial information with utmost confidentiality.
