Job summary

A government body in the UK is looking for a Workforce Delivery Project Design Lead to lead the implementation of new Workforce Delivery Models across prisons. The successful candidate will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and managing project functions, requiring project management qualifications and operational knowledge of prisons. This role may involve extensive travel and is an opportunity for a secondment for up to 18 months.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a project or programme environment.
  • Knowledge around profiling and workforce planning.
  • Understanding management structures and culture of Prisons.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of new Workforce Delivery Models for Prisons.
  • Coordinate Project Management functions and processes for implementation.
  • Engage with stakeholders regarding changes from model outputs.
