Qualifications

  • Experience in a Prison environment is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-professional team.
  • Candidates are subject to prison vetting checks.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the Pharmacy team providing healthcare services.
  • Assist with medication administration and pharmaceutical service delivery.
  • Support patients with substance misuse problems.

Skills

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to build and develop relationships
Confident and capable of autonomous practice

Education

NVQ Level 3, BTEC or equivalent
Registered Pharmacist Technician with current GPhC membership
