Overview

Prison-Cleared RGN (Registered General Nurse) opportunity in Durham for a rewarding three months. This role offers a pay rate of £27.05–£31.73 per hour, working full time with shifts from 07:15 to 19:45, including a mix of weekdays and weekends. Location: Frankland Cat A male estate, Durham.

What you will do

• Hold clinics to provide essential medical support and continuity of care to patients within the prison setting.
• Attend emergency calls, applying quick-thinking and decisive nursing skills.
• Administer medications and manage treatments to meet diverse healthcare needs.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to support the overall health and well-being of the prison population.
• Ensure all ILS and MAST certifications remain up to date to maintain high standards of care.
