A fast evolving multi-channel marketing company, which serves some of the most renowned brands in the nation is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their established team based on-site within the client environment.

This print account manager role will primarily focus on managing a key client’s printed marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will also display a capacity and interest in developing their role. You will take on new areas of responsibility in other areas of the account such as production artwork and digital screen management.

This major printer requires someone with excellent presentation and communication skills; who prides themselves in delivering consistently high levels of customer service and will complement their existing team. Working in a fast-paced environment you will need excellent organisational skills. You must be confident in your ability to work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is important.

We are looking for someone with an appreciation of the end-to-end marketing and production process, from creation of the brief through to distribution. You will embrace our client’s management information systems, quickly becoming competent with their processes to support the transfer of information from client to head office production facilities in the Midlands, and vice versa.

We are seeking a candidate with a keen eye for detail and someone who would be comfortable in following a highly organised, process driven approach, whilst not losing sight of the need to be innovative and drive change where required.

Technical support will be provided from their production facility, however, an understanding of the print production process, (litho and digital production) would be advantageous in helping to provide a consultative service for the client at the point of initial contact.
