Principal Town Planner Duties
  • Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals
  • Conduct site appraisals and planning research
  • Prepare fee estimates
  • Support junior members of the team
  • Provide evidence at hearings
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to planning strategy development for various schemes
Principal Town Planner Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • MRTPI status
  • UK planning legislation knowledge
  • A relevant degree in Town Planning or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
