Overview

Principal Technical Manager - MEP Background - £90 - 95k + Car + Package - London. The role involves leading and delivering projects across Commercial, Pharma, Data Centres and Mixed Use Schemes from the London office, with a focus on managing technical outputs and contractor engagements within a large, privately-owned construction company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the contractors' proposals and produce project-specific scope of works.
  • Review M&E design on all projects you are managing.
  • Produce design programmes with relevant teams.
  • Improve the technical quality output of internal and external teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience managing and leading projects as well as project teams.
  • Good technical knowledge of Electrical Design and related disciplines; understanding of life cycle cost and value creation.
  • Experience in either MEP Consultancy or with an M&E contractor is preferred, with emphasis on Electrical Design knowledge.
