A prominent healthcare provider is seeking a Principal Psychologist to join its Mental Health teams across two prisons in the UK. The ideal candidate will manage a team, support the development of trauma-informed care, and conduct psychological assessments and interventions. UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Health teams working across HMP Fosse Way and HMP Five Wells both category C prison supporting males aged 21+. Both site house patients with a variety of needs include complex and acute mental health needs. We are seeking a strong clinical, or counselling psychologist, who has previously worked within a fully integrated mental health service, and understands the needs of the psychological services required and delivered within a prison healthcare setting. As part of this role you will be managing a Clinical Psychologist and Assistant Psychologist as well as developing the psychological services at the site. Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 2.5 days on each site HMP Fosse Way and HMP Five Wells We are able to offer this as a rolling rota 3 days on 1 site 2 at another biweekly Salary Youll receive an annual salary of up to £77,700 per annum depending on experience.
