The Role

As Principal Power Electronics Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing next-generation power electronics for electric motors and drives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will:

  • Lead technical input across design and manufacturing to ensure products meet performance, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Create and maintain Design Verification Plans for new products.
  • Develop internal test procedures and external test requests at system, sub-system, and component levels.
  • Analyse test data, produce detailed reports, and recommend design improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Review and define requirements for new products, driving innovation from concept to production.
What You’ll Bring
