A leading global recruitment firm is looking for a Principal Consultant specializing in HCM and Payroll. This role involves end-to-end delivery of Payroll cloud transformation programmes, providing expert guidance on payroll best practices and collaborating with various business functions. Ideal candidates should possess product owner experience and extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools. The position requires hands-on engagement and leadership in an onsite environment for a contract duration of 6 months.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
• Experience in client and stakeholder engagement/management.
• Product owner experience required.
