A global leader in digital safety is seeking a Principal Content Designer to shape user-centered digital experiences. This role involves defining the content vision, collaborating across teams, and applying AI in design. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience, exceptional narrative skills, and experience in complex product ecosystems. As a Principal Content Designer, you will shape how language, design, and technology come together to deliver intuitive, human‑centered digital experiences. You'll define the content vision and strategy for one of our product pillars across Gen's global brands (including Norton and Avast) ensuring cohesive, customer‑focused, and data‑informed experiences at every touchpoint. This is both a strategic and hands‑on role. You'll collaborate across Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Marketing to shape product narratives, strengthen information architecture, and build the overall experience. As part of our Content Design team, you'll scale content standards, frameworks, and systems that support clarity and trust. You'll also help define how AI‑powered experiences are designed and adopted internally and externally, setting standards that raise the bar for usability, consistency, and innovation.
