Job summary

A consultancy firm is seeking a Principal Designer to join their London team. Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role focusing on Construction Design Management.
• Experience with Data Centres or large scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Familiarity with UK Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor the Pre-Construction phase while coordinating Health & Safety.
• Fulfill the duties of the Principal Designer as defined under CDM 2015.
• Attend client meetings and advise on Health & Safety guidelines.
