We aspire to be a catalyst of change in modernising our industry, leading with passion and purpose.

As a key member of our advisory team, you will be supporting clients through all aspects of business change. Working closely with clients and WSP colleagues, you will contribute to impactful change initiatives, manage project tasks and ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

You will be joining the Transformation and Digital insights team, a growing advisory team with big ambitions.

We are at the forefront of shaping the future of infrastructure and the built environment working across central and local government bodies, water, energy, nuclear, transport, and property sectors. Each project offers unique challenges and the chance to deliver exceptional client experiences with a focus on sustainable results.

Typical projects include supporting the development of investment plans through to regulatory submission, advising on complex programmes delivery, implementation of a roadmap to bring a Client’s sustainability strategy to life through the organisation, its people, and its partners; assisting in implementing business changes to support a new digital solution; or helping to design a new operating model to accelerate growth or improve performance. No two projects are the same, but they all demand exceptional client experience and a focus on delivering sustainable results.

We are geographically spread and a highly connected team based in hubs across London, Manchester, and Birmingham. This role also offers the unique opportunity to actively contribute to the growth strategy for Advisory at WSP. Your insights will help shape a leading Advisory practice.

  • A passion for contributing to transformation projects across our key sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, defence, energy, or transportation.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A keen interest in supporting business development activities and expanding your expertise in this area.
  • Relevant qualifications in Management Consulting, Change Management, Asset Management or Programme Management, with a practical interest in problem-solving and change methodologies.
