Location: Hammersmith & Fulham borough
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + 5% bonus + £40,000 quarterly commission
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week (including alternate weekends)

An award-winning housebuilder is seeking a Development Sales Executive to join their team on a new development in Brook Green. This is a sales negotiator role where you'll work directly with the development sales lead, supporting the sales operation at this well-positioned location. The position offers a structured working pattern with competitive earnings potential, making it ideal for sales professionals who thrive in property development environments and want to build their career with a respected developer.

  • Maintain the show home and sales suite to the highest presentation standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisers
  • Manage enquiries through the CRM system and ensure accurate recordsSupport the development sales lead in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buyer journey
  • Report on sales activity and market feedback to inform pricing and marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales negotiator or similar property sales role
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work weekends on a rota basis
  • Confident using CRM systems and technology
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of the new homes market is advantageous
