About the Role: Randstad Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our network of schools in Brighton. In this role, you\'ll play a vital part in supporting both teachers and pupils, helping to create a positive and engaging classroom experience.

Your Key Duties
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

  • Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups.

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.

  • Assist with behaviour management and maintaining structure.

  • Help organize teaching resources and classroom materials.

  • Support children with special educational needs (SEN).

  • Participate in school events, parent meetings, and other activities.
