Role: Primary Teacher
Location: Louth, Lincolnshire
Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Start date: January 2026
Salary: £32, - £45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications).

About the role

Are you a vibrant and adaptable Primary Teacher eager for a role filled with variety and new experiences? Heart of Supply is thrilled to be recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work with our fantastic partner schools in Louth and the wider Lincolnshire area from January 2026.

This dynamic role offers a blend of day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer placements across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2. You'll have the chance to step into a range of supportive Louth schools, bringing learning to life, following clear and purposeful planning, and helping create a warm, consistent atmosphere for pupils when their class teacher is away.

We're searching for energetic, reliable Primary School Teachers who thrive on building quick connections, approach behaviour with positivity, and bring a calm, inspiring presence to every classroom. Whether you're sparking curiosity in early years learners or helping older pupils tackle key topics with confidence, your influence will be felt from the moment you walk through the door.

What you will need
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
  • A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
  • The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
  • Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
  • A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
