Career Teachers Leeds are looking for Fully Qualified Primary teachers to join our team and help support with both day to day and long-term supply roles in the LS and WF postcodes.

From February 2025 term time only

Pay Rates are 150 ECT rate of pay includes rolled up holiday pay

Fully qualified teacher after passing induction 160 to 211 per day

As a Supply Primary Teacher on supply you will be required to:

  • Work with children between the ages of 5-11 in a classroom setting.
  • Work full/part time hours which can vary between 8-5pm.
  • Give support to other personnel within the setting.
  • Help implement daily routines.
  • Be willing to support children who require 1:1 support.
  • Provide support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
Essential Qualifications Required
  • 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A to C), or equivalent, including English, Maths and Science
  • An Undergraduate Education Degree Or a degree in any subject and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE - Scotland)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • and Previous in‑school primary teaching experience.
  • Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.
