  • A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
  • The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
  • Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
  • A minimum of 6 weeks\' teaching experience in the UK
What we offer you

  • Free CPD and ongoing professional development
  • A simple \"Refer a Friend\" scheme
  • Up to £375 Welcome Bonus, paid as you hit key milestones
  • A warm, supportive agency that genuinely cares about you and your journey
