Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading a specific curriculum subject area across the school, providing guidance and resources for colleagues.

• Managing and mentoring assigned classroom support staff to ensure the effective delivery of 1:1 and small-group support.

• Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with parents and carers to support the "whole child" approach.

• Contributing to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular clubs and community-led events.

• Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to implement school-wide improvement strategies and pedagogical research.

Requirements
