Primary Teacher – Bridgwater

Teaching Personnel is working with a range of primary schools across the Bridgwater area to recruit enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to support pupils across different school settings.

The Role:
  • Teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 depending on experience
  • Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Supporting pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing
  • Following school plans while adapting teaching to meet the needs of different learners
  • Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available
We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds QTS or is working towards QTS
  • Has experience within primary education
  • Is confident and flexible working across multiple schools
  • Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management
