At Aspire People, we work closely with a wide range of primary schools across Manchester that rely on trusted supply teachers to support them day to day.

Whether you're looking for full-time supply, a few days a week around other commitments, or short-term blocks, we'll work around your availability. We also regularly support teachers who start on supply and then move into long-term or permanent roles.

This role is ideal for ECTs wanting to build confidence and experience, as well as experienced teachers who enjoy variety and flexibility.

The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you'll work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in schools that value consistency and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
  • Adapting quickly to different school settings and routines
  • Supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing
  • Working collaboratively with school staff
