The school is on the lookout for a primary teacher who is able to both inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential across the curriculum, including both core subjects (English and Maths) and foundation subjects (ICT, Art, and more). The successful primary teacher will also develop strong, positive relationships with students, fostering a culture of respect and mutual trust. They will also need to be able to effectively manage behaviour while creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere and contribute to building a strong educational foundation for students, preparing them for lifelong learning and success.

A successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS or Equivalent qualification (ECT are encouraged to apply)
• Experience teaching in classrooms across Key Stage 1 / KS1, Key Stage 2 / KS2 or both
• Effective Curriculum Knowledge
• Exceptional classroom management skills
• An understanding of SEND in a classroom setting
